Designing a clean, intuitive mobile experience.
Nova Health aimed to simplify the healthcare journey through a digital-first approach. We were tasked with designing a user-friendly mobile experience that balanced functionality with clarity. Through extensive user research, journey mapping, and wireframing, we developed an intuitive UX that catered to a wide range of users—from tech-savvy millennials to older, non-digital natives. The final design focused on clean layouts, smart navigation, and minimal friction during core tasks like booking, tracking appointments, and accessing records. The app now boasts higher retention and positive user feedback across demographics.
